Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību “LDZ CARGO” rīko piecu ČME3 lokomotīvju pārdošanas izsoli

     Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību “LDZ CARGO” (turpmāk - SIA “LDZ CARGO”)  pārdod elektroniskajā izsolē ar augšupejošu soli piecas ČME3 (Nr.3672, Nr.4852, Nr.5544, Nr.5962, Nr.6208) lokomotīves. Izsoles procedūra tiek organizēta saskaņā ar SIA “LDZ CARGO” apstiprinātajiem izsoles noteikumiem.

     Lokomotīves tiek pārdotas vienā lotē:

     Izsole tiek organizēta elektroniskajā izsoles vietnē http://auctioncargo.ldz.lv (turpmāk- EIV).

1. Izsoles sākums -  2026.gada 16.aprīlis plkst.10.00.
2. Izsoles beigas -  2026.gada 17.aprīlis plkst.12.00.

     Izsoles procedūras sekmīgai norisei tiek noteikta izsoles drošības nauda 10 000 EUR apmērā. Izsoles drošības naudai jābūt iemaksātai SIA “LDZ CARGO” norēķinu kontā Nr.LV08RIKO0000082999854, AS Luminor Bank Latvijas filiāle, SWIFT kods  RIKOLV2X līdz izsoles sākumam, norādot maksājuma mērķi “Piecu ČME3 lokomotīvju pārdošanas izsoles drošības nauda”.

    Izsoles uzvarētāja samaksātā drošības nauda tiek ieskaitīta pārdošanas cenā, bet pārējiem izsoles dalībniekiem tā tiek atmaksāta, ja neiestājas neviens no izsoles noteikumos minētajiem gadījumiem, kad izsoles drošības nauda netiek atmaksāta.

    Lai kļūtu par Izsoles dalībnieku, personai ir jāizveido EIV kontu (ar instrukciju EIV lietošanai var iepazīties vietnē: https://auctioncargo.ldz.lv/ sadaļā “User Guidline”), jāsamaksā   drošības nauda un izsoles noteikumos noteiktajā kārtībā jāiesniedz Noteikumos minētos dokumentus. Pēc dokumentu pārbaudes Komisijas sekretārs autorizēs Izsoles dalībnieku un viņš varēs reģistrēties Izsolei.

Limited Liability Company LDZ CARGO is holding an auction for the sale of five CHME3 locomotives

     Limited Liability Company LDZ CARGO (hereinafter – LLC LDZ CARGO) is selling five CHME3 (No. 3672, No. 4852, No. 5544, No. 5962, No. 6208) locomotives at an electronic auction with an ascending step. The auction procedure is organized in accordance with the auction Regulations approved by LLC LDZ CARGO.

     The locomotives are being sold in one lot:

     The auction is organized on the electronic auction website http://auctioncargo.ldz.lv  (hereinafter - EAW).

1. The Auction starts on April 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
2. The Auction ends on April 17, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.

     The successful conduct of the auction procedure the auction security deposit is set in amount of EUR 10,000 (hereinafter referred to as the Security Deposit). The Security Deposit must be deposited and received by the auction commencement date in the Seller's current account No. LV08RIKO0000082999854, AS Luminor Bank, SWIFT code RIKOLV2X, indicating in the payment document the payment purpose: “The security deposit for the auction for the sale of five CHME3 locomotives”.

     The security deposit paid by the auction winner is included in the sale price, but it is refunded to the other auction participants, if none of the cases specified in the auction Regulations occurs, when the auction security deposit is not refunded.

     To become a participant of the auction, a legal person must create an EAW account (instructions for using EAW can be found at: https://auctioncargo.ldz.lv/ in section “User Guideline”), pay a security deposit and send the documents specified in the Regulations. After verification of the documents, the Secretary of the Commission will authorize the participant of the auction, and the participant will be able to register for the Auction.
