Aļģirds Miķelsons has a long-term international experience in management of transportation companies – from 2019 he has been the CEO of MAU Technic LLC in Ukraine and before that he has worked as the CTO of the Ukraine International Airline.

Aļģirds Miķelsons has a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Latvia, a master’s degree in business administration from the Oxford University in the UK, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Institute of Aeronautics of RTU.

Aļģirds Miķelsons is the Chairman of the Board of LDZ CARGO Ltd. since March 18, 2024.

Raimonds Freimanis graduated from the University of Latvia with a master's degree in law. R. Freimanis' professional activity for more than 20 years has been associated with leading positions in Skonto Plan Ltd., Skonto Group Ltd., Skonto Prefab Ltd., Sakret Ltd. and other companies. R. Freimanis has been working as an independent member of the council of LDZ CARGO Ltd. since 2022.
