Raimonds Freimanis graduated from the University of Latvia with a master's degree in law. R. Freimanis' professional activity for more than 20 years has been associated with leading positions in Skonto Plan Ltd., Skonto Group Ltd., Skonto Prefab Ltd., Sakret Ltd. and other companies. R. Freimanis has been working as an independent member of the council of LDZ CARGO Ltd. since 2022. Term of office: from 15 October 2026 for a period not exceeding one year, until such time as a member of the Management Board is nominated and elected in accordance with the nomination procedure set out in the Law on the Governance of Capital Shares of Public Persons and Capital Companies. |

Artūrs Cīrulis has obtained an engineering degree from the Faculty of Production Technologies, Mechanical Sciences, Transport of Riga Technical University. A. Cīrulis has held senior management positions in local and international companies, focusing on business development, budget and resource management, team leadership, as well as commercial management and the development of international relations in various markets.
