Aļģirds Miķelsons has a long-term international experience in management of transportation companies – from 2019 he has been the CEO of MAU Technic LLC in Ukraine and before that he has worked as the CTO of the Ukraine International Airline. Aļģirds Miķelsons has a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Latvia, a master’s degree in business administration from the Oxford University in the UK, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Institute of Aeronautics of RTU. Aļģirds Miķelsons is the Chairman of the Board of LDZ CARGO Ltd. since March 18, 2024. |

OLGA BONDARE Member of the Board |
Olga Bondare has been the financial director of Maxima Latvija, before that she was the Baltic and Scandinavian financial director in Purator Latvia, and a regional financial and logistics director in BIC Deutschland GmbH in Germany. In addition to her direct duties, Olga Bondare has the experience of a lecturer at the Riga Graduate School of Law, teaching the course of company assessment and financial accountancy. Olga Bondare has a master’s degree in law and finances from the Riga Graduate School of Law. Olga Bondare is a Member of the Board of LDZ CARGO Ltd. since March 18, 2024. |

MĀRTIŅŠ PEVKO Member of the Board |
Mārtiņš Pevko has been a Member of the Board of LDZ CARGO Ltd. since 2021. Before that he has been a member of the Board at Riga Fertilizer Terminal. In this position, his main duties and areas of responsibility included planning the terminal’s day-to-day operations as well as drafting and implementation of the terminal’s budget and strategy. Mārtiņš Pevko has a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Latvia and a master’s degree in law with specialization in international and European law from the Riga Graduate School of Law.
