Raimonds Freimanis graduated from the University of Latvia with a master's degree in law. R. Freimanis' professional activity for more than 20 years has been associated with leading positions in Skonto Plan Ltd., Skonto Group Ltd., Skonto Prefab Ltd., Sakret Ltd. and other companies. R. Freimanis has been working as an independent member of the council of LDZ CARGO Ltd. since 2022. Term of office: from 15 October 2026 for a period not exceeding one year, until such time as a member of the Management Board is nominated and elected in accordance with the nomination procedure set out in the Law on the Governance of Capital Shares of Public Persons and Capital Companies. |

JEVGEŅIJS PUČINSKIS Member of the Board |
Jevgeņijs Pučinskis holds a Professional Master’s degree in Railway Transport from Riga Technical University. J. Pučinskis has more than 20 years of professional experience within the LDz Group, having held positions at various levels. In 2024, J. Pučinskis became the Director of Transportation Organization at LDZ CARGO Ltd. Combining an understanding of technological processes with the ability to identify necessary changes, in his role as Director J. Pučinskis has promoted the optimization of wagon maintenance processes, the introduction of freight wagon sorting and train formation in a self-service mode, as well as contributed to the improvement of transportation processes. Term of office: from 18 April 2026 for a period not exceeding one year, until such time as a member of the Management Board is nominated and elected in accordance with the nomination procedure set out in the Law on the Governance of Capital Shares of Public Persons and Capital Companies. |
