LDZ CARGO Ltd. offers freight wagon repair services to clients when damage is detected on public railway infrastructure managed by LDz.

Scheduled detachment repairs are performed to ensure or restore the wagon’s operability by replacing or refurbishing individual components. The repair is carried out by preparing the wagon for transport and detaching it from the train composition or wagon group.

Repair Location

Starting from 01.11.2025: Wagon Repair Center – Varsavas Street 49, Daugavpils

Future expansion: LDZ CARGO Ltd. plans to offer scheduled detachment repair services at Rezekne and Skirotava stations.

LDZ CARGO Ltd. informs that scheduled freight wagon detachment repair services will not be provided, and any ongoing work will be immediately terminated, if:

• The service customer, wagon owner, or financial institution used for payment is subject to international or national sanctions, or
• Significant sanctions imposed by European Union or NATO member states affect financial and capital market interests.
