LDZ CARGO Ltd. offers freight wagon repair services to clients when damage is detected on public railway infrastructure managed by LDz.

Scheduled uncoupling repair of the wagon are performed to ensure or restore the wagon’s operability by replacing or refurbishing individual components. The repair is carried out by preparing the wagon for transport and detaching it from the train composition or wagon group.

Important Information

LDZ CARGO Ltd. informs that scheduled freight wagon detachment repair services will not be provided, and any ongoing work will be immediately terminated, if:

• The service customer, wagon owner, or financial institution used for payment is subject to international or national sanctions, or
• Significant sanctions imposed by European Union or NATO member states affect financial and capital market interests.

LDZ CARGO Ltd. is entitled to set different payment terms for the scheduled uncoupling repair of the wagon invoices than those mentioned in the sample letter of guarantee and to determine that the wagons are returned to the customer after repair only after the relevant invoice has been paid, of which the customer is informed individually.
