Artūrs Čirjevskis

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Artūrs Čirjevskis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (specialising in Economics and Finance) from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga (SSE Riga), as well as an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Mr Čirjevskis has extensive professional experience serving on the management boards of companies as a board member responsible for finance. Since 2022, he has served as Chairman of the Management Board / Group Chief Executive Officer of Food Union Europe.

Term of office: from 12.05.2026 until 11.05.2031.

Jesper Teddy Lok

Member of the Supervisory Board

Jesper Teddy Lok holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova University Tokyo Miami.

Mr Lok previously served as CEO of DSB (Danish State Railways). He currently continues his professional activities as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Evos and Inchcape Shipping Services, international companies operating in the fields of transport services, logistics, and chemical storage.

Term of office: from 12.05.2026 until 11.05.2031.

Mikus Ozols

Member of the Supervisory Board
Mikus Ozols has a Professional Master’s degree in Finance from BA School of Business and Finance, a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Latvia, and MBA Major in Global Finance and Banking from SBS Swiss Business School.
 
M. Ozols has many years of experience working as a member of management boards at the Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association, the Latvian Telecommunication Association and the Latvian Internet Association. From 2006 to 2022 he held the position of CEO and Chairman of the Management Board at Telia Latvija Ltd. In January 2024 he was appointed Member of the Council at JSC Pasažieru vilciens.
 
Term of office:  from 11.10.2025 for a term not exceeding one year, until he or another candidate is elected to the office at a meeting of shareholders in accordance with the nomination procedure set out in the Law on Governance of Capital Shares of Public Entity and Management of Capital Companies Thereof.
