A.Ozoliņš holds a master's degree in business management from the Riga Business Institute. He has enriched his expertise through studies at the University of Wales in the United Kingdom, the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland, and the European School of Management and Technology in Germany.
A.Ozoliņa's extensive professional background spans within the financial sector. He has gained 13 years of experience on the board of "DnB Banka" and has held the position of Chairman of the Board since 2004. Furthermore, from 2010 to 2011, he served as a member of the Management Committee of "DNB NORD Bank ASA," overseeing trade and corporate business operations in the Baltics, Poland, and Denmark. Since 2013, Mr. Ozoliņš has contributed his expertise to various companies, both in the private and public sectors, serving on their boards.
Mandate Term: from December 6, 2023, for a term not exceeding one year, until the moment when the assembly of participants, in accordance with the nomination procedure specified in the Law on the Capital Shares of Public Persons and Corporate Governance, elects him or another candidate to the office.

Mikus Ozols has a Professional Master’s degree in Finance from BA School of Business and Finance, a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Latvia, and MBA Major in Global Finance and Banking from SBS Swiss Business School.
M. Ozols has many years of experience working as a member of management boards at the Latvian Information and Communications Technology Association, the Latvian Telecommunication Association and the Latvian Internet Association. From 2006 to 2022 he held the position of CEO and Chairman of the Management Board at Telia Latvija Ltd. In January 2024 he was appointed Member of the Council at JSC Pasažieru vilciens.
Mandate Term: from 11.10.2024 for a term not exceeding one year, until he or another candidate is elected to the office at a meeting of shareholders in accordance with the nomination procedure set out in the Law on Governance of Capital Shares of Public Entity and Management of Capital Companies Thereof.
