The limited liability company “LDZ CARGO” is organising an auction for the sale of locomotive spare parts

The limited liability company “LDZ CARGO”, registration No.40003788421, registered office: Dzirnavu street 147 k-1, Riga, LV-1050 (hereinafter – LDZ CARGO) is selling, in an electronic ascending-bid auction second-hand locomotive spare parts (hereinafter – the Spare Parts).

The auction procedure is organised in accordance with the auction regulations approved by LDZ CARGO, which are available on the LDZ CARGO website under the ‘Auctions’ section https://ldzcargo.ldz.lv/en/content/auction [1].

The Spare Parts are sold in 15 (fifteen) lots.

The auction is being organised on the electronic auction website http://auctioncargo.ldz.lv [2] (hereinafter referred to as ‘EAW’); the auction will commence at on 29 October 2026 at 13.00.

To participate in the Auction, a security deposit of 10 % (ten percent) of the starting price of the relevant lot is required for each lot on which the participant intends to bid (hereinafter – the security deposit). The deposit paid by the successful bidder will be refunded upon full payment of the purchase price for the Spare Parts.

For other auction participants, the security deposit shall be refunded within 10 (ten) working days of the confirmation of the auction results, provided that none of the circumstances specified in the auction rules, under which the security deposit is not refunded, arise.

To become an auction participant, a person must create an EAW account (instructions for using EAW can be found on the website: https://auctioncargo [3]. ldz.lv/ under the ‘User Guidelines’ section), pay the auction deposit and submit the documents specified in the auction regulations in accordance with the procedure set out therein.
