The limited liability company “LDZ CARGO” (hereinafter – CARGO) is selling spare parts not used in its business operations. A detailed list of spare part names, quantities and prices is available in the annex to this notice, “Rezerves daļu saraksts”.

If you wish to ask for further clarification or to receive photographs of the spare parts, please send your enquiry to the following email address: iepirkumi.cargo@ldz.lv [1]. Your enquiry must include the spare part number from the list and the specific information required.

Application procedure:

To purchase spare parts, the prospective buyer (whether a natural or legal person) must send a completed application form to the email address iepirkumi.cargo@ldz.lv [1]. The forms are available in the annex to this notice “Sample application form for legal entities”.

Terms and conditions of sale:

Depending on the volume and value of the application, one of the following sales methods will be applied:

• Electronic auction (with ascending bids) – organised if:
  • the total value of the spare parts specified in the application exceeds 500 EUR (excluding VAT); or
  • the unit price of at least one of the spare parts applied for is equal to or greater than 300 EUR (excluding VAT).
• Direct sale (against invoice/delivery note) – organised without an auction if:
  • the total value of the application does not exceed 500 EUR (excluding VAT); and
  • the unit price of each spare part applied for is less than 300 EUR (excluding VAT).
