Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību “LDZ CARGO” rīko metāllūžņu pārdošanas izsoli

Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību “LDZ CARGO”, reģistrācijas Nr.40003788421, juridiskā adrese: Dzirnavu iela 147 k-1, Rīga, LV-1050 (turpmāk - LDZ CARGO) pārdod elektroniskajā izsolē ar augšupejošu soli 1070 (viens tūkstotis septiņdesmit) tonnas metāllūžņu (turpmāk – Metāllūžņi). Izsoles procedūra tiek organizēta saskaņā ar LDZ CARGO apstiprinātajiem izsoles noteikumiem, kuri ir pieejami LDZ CARGO mājas lapā sadaļā “Izsoles” https://ldzcargo.ldz.lv/lv/content/izsole [1].

Metāllūžņi tiek pārdoti 5 (piecās) lotēs:

Izsole tiek organizēta elektroniskajā izsoles vietnē http://auctioncargo.ldz.lv [2]  (turpmāk - EIV), izsoles sākums  2026.gada 6.augusts plkst.13.00.

Dalībai Izsolē tiek noteikta Izsoles drošības nauda 10 000 EUR (desmit tūkstoši euro) apmērā neatkarīgi no tā, cik lotēs dalībnieks piedalās (turpmāk – drošības nauda). Izsoles uzvarētājam iemaksātā drošības nauda tiek atmaksāta pēc pirkuma līguma noslēgšanas un pilnas pirkuma maksas samaksas par Metāllūžņiem. Pārējiem Izsoles dalībniekiem drošības nauda tiek atmaksāta 10 (desmit) darba dienu laikā pēc Izsoles noslēguma datuma, ja neiestājas neviens no izsoles noteikumos minētajiem gadījumiem, kad izsoles drošības nauda netiek atmaksāta.

Lai kļūtu par izsoles dalībnieku, personai ir jāizveido EIV konts (ar instrukciju EIV lietošanai var iepazīties vietnē: https://auctioncargo.ldz.lv/ [3] sadaļā “User Guidline”), ir jāiemaksā izsoles drošības nauda un izsoles noteikumos noteiktajā kārtībā jāiesniedz izsoles noteikumos minētie dokumenti.

Limited Liability Company LDZ CARGO Organizes a Scrap Metal Auction

Limited Liability Company LDZ CARGO, registration No. 40003788421, legal address: Dzirnavu street 147 k-1, Riga, LV-1050 (hereinafter - LDZ CARGO), sells 1,070 (one thousand seventy) tons of scrap metal (hereinafter – Scrap Metal) via an electronic ascending-price auction. The auction procedure is organized in ccordance with the auction regulations approved by LDZ CARGO, which are available on the LDZ CARGO website under the "Izsole" section at https://ldzcargo.ldz.lv/lv/content/izsole [1].

The Scrap Metal is sold in 5 (five) lots:

The auction will be held on the electronic auction website  http://auctioncargo.ldz.lv [2]   (hereinafter – EAW), starting on August 6, 2026, at 13:00.

Participation in the auction requires a security deposit of EUR 10,000 (ten thousand euros), regardless of the number of lots the auction participant bids on (hereinafter – security deposit). For the winner of the Auction, the paid security deposit is refunded after the conclusion of the purchase agreement and full payment of the purchase price for the Scrap Metal. For other Auction participants, the security deposit is refunded within 10 (ten) working days from the closing date of the auction, provided that none of the cases specified in the auction regulations for the non-refund of the security deposit apply.

To become an auction participant, a person must create an EAW account (the instructions for using the EAW are available at https://auctioncargo.ldz.lv/ [3]  under the "User Guideline" section), pay the auction security deposit, and submit the documents specified in the auction regulations in accordance with the procedure set out therein.
