Limited Liability Company LDZ CARGO (hereinafter - CARGO) sells spare parts, the list of which (name, quantity and price) is in the appendix to this advertisement “Rezerves daļu saraksts”.

A potential buyer who wants to ask clarifying questions about spare parts or wants to receive photos of spare parts, sends a request to the e-mail address: iepirkumi.cargo@ldz.lv [1], indicating the spare part number from the list and the information he wants to receive.

A potential buyer (legal entity or individual) who wants to purchase spare part(s) submits an application in the form specified in the appendix to this advertisement “Application form for legal entities”.

Method of selling spare parts:

a) if the total sales amount of the spare parts specified in the application is more than 500 EUR (five hundred euros) excluding VAT or if the unit sale price of any of the spare parts specified in the application is greater than or equal to 300 EUR (three hundred euros) excluding VAT, an electronic auction with an ascending step will be organized;

b) if the total sales amount of the spare parts specified in the application is up to 500 EUR (five hundred euros) excluding VAT and the unit sale price of all parts specified in the application is up to 300 EUR (three hundred euros) excluding VAT, the spare parts may be sold based on an invoice/delivery note without organizing a electronic auction.
